? for people feeding seaweed selects

how do most of you feed this to your fish? how much and how often. just thought i would see what other aquarist do. thanks

I feed it 2 different ways....most of the time I cut a section ...roll it up...soak in a few drops of zoe...and clip it to the inside of the glass with a suction cup clip.This is primarily for my yellow tang in my fo...and my coral beauty in my reef.
The second method is when I crush some up...break it into small pieces and mix it with that days menu(mysis/brine/krill etc)...this is primarily for any fish/coral that wants it and for my crabs/snails etc.
