Formalin Solution good enough?

Well, my second clown is sick again. I think it may be brook, but I am doubtfull. Anyways, I am using "Formalin 3" for the bath. It is only 3% formaldehyde in it and I read in the Basic FAQ thread it should be at 37%. I guess mine is too little? Should I get a different kind?

He is dead now. I went out to lunch and then to my LFS for some tips on this. Came back and my big emerald crab had caught him.

Pulled him out and placed him back in the anemone. I think that was a bad idea, the emerald must have wiped a lot off the clown. The anemone stung him I think, his fins started shaking real fast. Then the anemone tried to eat him.

He looked alive still before I put him back into the anemone too, unless his gills were having some kind of muscle spasm.

sorry to hear that, my clownfish is sick too, not sure what is going on with him
