formula two

Has anyone ever used this to feed their fish? It comes soaked in Garlic or something.. I cant really remember what the package exactly says.. and I know someone has mentioned before, but if you want to feed your Lawnmower blenny something extra, what would you feed them? Thanks

I can't answer if it's suitable for a lwanmower blenny, but I feed it to my yellow tang, cortez angel, and my flame angel. They scarf it up as fast as I can drop it in the tank. Out of all of the foods I use, they like this one the best.

I feed my lawnmower blenny formula one and two flake and he is probably the fattest blenny you will EVER see!! He is like 6 or 7 inches long! He also eats algae in the tank...

try nori sheets. do you have any algae in your tank already?
i dont have any herbevours, so i have never tried formula two, but formula one has been great for me. I was feeding marine quisine before, and my clownfish got HLLE because there wasnt enough nutrition, i switched to formula two and soon he was all better! i now feed him that and prime reef. he has a little scar it looks like on his head, but he is doing fine.

Hi Jessika. I started using Formula 2 pellets about 6 weeks ago. My Goby eats them off the bottom and seems to like them, but for the most part, my fish seem to prefer the Hikari Marine-S pellets...which is what I originally started feeding my fish. I also checked the percentages of nutrients etc. on both packages, and the Marine-S stuff is higher than the Formula 2.

the lawnmower might eat it if the flakes float near it's head but i don't think it will go to the top of the tank to get it. on the other side i would recomend using this food anyways as a good way to round out the diet of any of your fish. ocean nutrition products are one of the best if not the best foods to feed your fish.

i use formula 2 pellets and at times the frozen stuff. my fish seem to like the pellets alot more, and WOW you should see my blue tang. talk about a fatty! plus this stuff will make your fish bullet proof(at least your tangs
