so i came home today after going to my LFS and took a quick glance on my tank thats been cycling and i noticed something on the black backplate on my tank i took a quick look and thoguht to myself that kinda looks like a very very small snail shell. but before i was able to really investigate i got distracted, after a while i remembered to look into what it was and it was gone!
after searching some of the rocks near the backplate i found it and i was keeping an eye on it to see if it would move, and sure enough it moves around. the thing is so small the ampipods or little bugs crawling on the rocks are twice as big as this thing.. but im pretty sure its a very tiny tiny snail. i tryed to get my camera to zoom in on it so i can take a picture but i cant get the camera to get a good focus on it with the zoom at max.
just had to share hahah thoguht it was pretty coo to have a snail that small i didnt think it was possioble for snails to be that small

speaking of hitch hikers just in a couple hours of reporting what i thought was a tiny snail i look up and what do i see on my backplate, a starfish!! i dunno where the hell it came from it wasnt there while i was testing my waters and like 2 hours later BAM i see a star fish. i tried getting a picture but its at a funky angle its posted up in the upper left corner of tank and i guess my camer sucks at focusing while i zoon in on things or somethign cant seem to get a good angle on the thing to get a good close up. its about the size of a quarter..
man i wonder what other little surprises i will get lol. if i can get a decent shot of it i will post it up

try using the self portrait or the flower settings. also, don't worry about zooming in too much
