Found this monster in my tank!

A few weeks ago I was sitting around gazing upon my 30 gal reef, pondering on what I should do next when I saw somthing under a rock that normally wasent there. It was orange-ish looking and it was moving. Well, after about 5 to 10 minutes of waiting for it to move out from under the rock, I realized it was some sort of bristle worm......and a big one too. So I whipped out the camera and took some pics. The first two are of the worm working it's way around the rock, the last one is the worm out in the open after I got out my spot feeding stick and somehow managed to pull it away from the rock. When I did so, it bunched it's self up and wasent near as long as it was without me messing with it, but still, even then, it's a long sucker! I figure about 8 to 10 inches long at minimum.
I never killed it or took it out since I havent had any issues.
Here are a few pics........

I am such a girl, but if I found that in my tank I would have it out of there so fast. Ugly worm.

Lol....yeah, it's a pretty darn ugly worm, but I don't see it often....only once since the tank was built.

One caught me by surprise when I was swapping out my tank as I scoop out the old sand a worm came out just like almost the same size you had on your picture but longer. They can be scary when they catch you by surprise. Well supposely they are beneficial to the tank for eating dead fish or uneaten food but they can be bad once they get too big which can feed on corals later on. I would get rid of it once it gets about that size.
