FOWLR and lighting question

Hi all

I was reading and found in one thread here that someone said that you don't actually need lights for LR? Is this true? Will Live Rock be ok ("and bloom") with just the regular lightning?

Standard fluorescent bulbs will be fine for liverock.

But, if you want to have coraline, you'll probably need something a little stronger.
