FOWLR and reef??

can a FOWLR hav cleaners in it or what seperates the FOWLR from reef...
is it the corals?
can i hav a FOWLR with some hermits and shrimp snalis ect. but no corals?

Corals would be the ones that separates it yes. And yes you can have hermits, shrimp, and snails without corals. :happyfish
