FOWLR Set up

Can you please answer a few questions- 120 FOWLR 24" D X24" H X 48" W
Can I used crushed coral and sand for the bottom of the tank?
Can i use a combination of live rock and dead coral in the tank 70/30 split- or 70 lbs of LR and is that enough?
For lighting what is the minimum T5 wattage on the tank?
Will a snowflake or Zebra eel find it's way out of the tank with no top?

if you only have 70 lbs of rock i would add a double bio wheel filter.
definitly get a skimmer.
lighting doesnt really matter on a fowlr.
i had a snowflake ell for a few years one time he got out and i found him on the floor still alive put him back and all was good.next time doa.
so i would cover it if i ever got another one.
