I meant to ask this the other day. Anyone know what Jethro Tull song was played as the background music on Fox news?

No one must have seen it, or didn't recognize the music... It was - Wond'ring Aloud
What was it the background for? I know Tony Snow jammed with Tull a couple times, was it something about that?

Ian Anderson?
It was playing in the background during the news - what do you think, healthcare and Dem bashing.
It was a Blonde talking, that should narrow it down. Never mind, the majority are blondes, sorry...
I wish I would have written the time down. It was the fact I was so shocked they played it, to begin with. Granted, they didn't play the entire song. However, the person that chose it, certainly didn't know what the song is about - I hope that was case.

Grutta van suskank by chance? She did interview Ian Anderson and they showed a clip of him and Tony Snow on stage together.
I don't think 99% of the general population knew what Tull's songs were about, Including the band members

Reef -This wasn't an interview. But anyway, I and sure the song writer knows what the song is about...

Just like how "In the Garden of Eden" came out (with much mind altering additives) "Inna godda davida"

It's a love song - just graphic -just saying, too
Wond'ring aloud --
how we feel today.
Last night sipped the sunset --
my hands in her hair.
We are our own saviours
as we start both our hearts beating life
into each other.
Wond'ring aloud --
will the years treat us well.
As she floats in the kitchen,
I'm tasting the smell
of toast as the butter runs.
Then she comes, spilling crumbs on the bed
and I shake my head.
And it's only the giving
that makes you what you are.

Same here. I've seen Tull 6 or 7 times although I was very sad to see that when I saw them last summer that Ian's voice is going when he tries to do some of the heavier songs. He is playing a solo, acoustic show in NYC in October that I am going to try to get tix to.

Nice, I have a CD I labeld "Party Mix" it's just JT songs from different albums. My wife hates it when I say, get me out the party mix CD while we are driving.
