Foxface doesn't look so good

Today I woke up to these big white spots on my Foxface Rabbitfish. The spots were not there yesterday (they are huge I would have noticed at feeding like today). They are on both sides of the fish in the same area. I plan to do a freshwater dip pH and temp matched. If I can catch him that is.
Sorry the tank glass is dirty but you can still make out the spots on the fish. None of the other fish in the tank have this. He is the most vigorous eater in the tank and was this morning as well.

Don't do a FW dip. It may be lymphocyctis. Can you put up some more shots, hopefully closeups?

This morning they were raised bumps coming out of the skin. They are different shapes - medium to large. This fish had ich when I got him a year ago. The bumps were like ich, but huge. They were only on the fish's belly area.
Now most white bumps are gone - only a few on one side of fish. Where the spots were it looks discolored, as though a layer of skin was ripped away. The few spots that remain look to be falling off - kinda stringy, fluffy.
The fish is in my 125 gallon tank. I had a UV sterilizer hooked to output of a canister filter, but the line got kinked. An electrician had to run a ground wire to the water main for the house. The water main is under the tank. He must have kinked the tubing, cutting down flow to barely a trickle.
I will try to get some more shots, but he seems to be afraid of the camera.

The fish was colored down most the day yesterday.
The first pic shows how the skin looks ripped off.
The last 2 you can't see these sores as well. The last 2 are the side most fell off
Lights don't turn on for a few more minutes. I hope he looks better today.
