Foxface not doin good

Hey, I just got home from rehearsals, and I noticed my foxface lo to be lying down on the sand, and occassionally flipping over, she is alot darker than normal, i put some algae in to hopefully stimulate her to eat. If any1 knows what the problem is, tell me, in the mean time, I'm gonna get a pic of her.
More info on her and the tank, it's a 135 with an antennatta lion, snowflake eel, and 2 yellow tail damsels. Currently it's just running a wet/dry, the protien skimmer isn't on, because I'm using the pump for something else. Everyone else is doing fine. She's been in for at least 2 months, and no problems have came up. I don't have a quarentine tank (i know, i know), but should i take a bucket full of ro/di saltwater, and put her in it?
Readings:
pH: 8.3
ammonia:0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 25
SG: 1.023
Temp: 76

Also, she's "breathing" heavily, and it looks like she has some white spots on her, but I can't tell if it's sand or ich.

Should I try a freshwater dip? Also, here's the link to the pic

I've done a few freshwater dips, and he seems to be improving. I've put him into some ro freshwater for about 20 seconds 5 times, after each time, I put the foxface into the main tank for like 10 minutes. Am I doin everything right?

Well, thanks for the help, but it's 'water under the bridge', the foxface died at about 5:45. It might have been me, or it could have been ich, or someother disease. So, what I did was I put it into a zip-lock bag and put it into the freezer, so whenever i get up the nerve I'll want to disect it to hopefully find the cause.

Sorry to hear that Mark. :( Do you know what the chemical levels were in the tank before and during the fishes illness? I didn't see signs of ich on it, but I'm no expert. I also hear that dropsy hits fish hard and fast, often with the onset of illness only days before the death occurs (unlike ich, which can take up to weeks sometimes). It would be interesting to hear what Beth or Terry thinks.
EDIT: oops, just saw the chem readings you reported. Nevermind about that.
