Foxface/Scarlett Hermit eat bubble Algae ? possible?

I was carefully examining my tank a few days ago and saw some bubble algea growing. Not having enought time to take the proper steps to take it out, i left it. That same day I added a Foxface and 3 scarlett hermit crabs.
2 Days later the bubble aglea was completely GONE! it was a small patch that had a few blooms the size of the "nerds" candy pieces
Is it possible that my Foxface or crabs ate it?
I looked for signs of it bursting or moving and there were NONE!

its possible that the foxface ate it. if there hungry enough they will eat almost any algea.

I've only seen my emerald crabs eat the stuff.
