No you have conflicting needs. IMO a 180gal is too small for a Blue spotted ray to start with, but if one to attempt it, there would have to be absolutely minimalist rock in the tank. A simple patch of sand, isn't going to cut it. However those morays need caves to hide in, which requires a lot of room. Additionally I can see a large, rather bossy Tomato clown picking a ray that happens to be intruding on his space.
