I have a 3 inch foxface that I got on the 1 of novmember. He is shy when ever I come to the tank. He has nopt eaten anything. I tried cabbage and regular marine food. What should I do?

Cabbage?
You might want to try frozen brine shrimp, and many of the frozen fish foods. Try getting a turkey baster (new, of course) and squirting the food in his/her direction. Most fish will go after brine if they are ready to eat.
