how venomus is the foxfish? anyone know?

i used to have one...lasted over 2 yrs...ive heard that it feels like a bee sting

i just got home from my LFS with mine and introduced him into my tank, he immdiatly swam to the bottm and has weged between a rock and glass.. very skittish...

foxface fish are freakin' awesome! I can really appreciate them.
Just make sure to have enough vegetables for him.

if you are allergic to bee stings, you will need to be very careful around a foxface. it could easily send you to the e.r.

I've read that it only feels as bad as a bee sting.

yep like everyone else said its the same toxins as a bee sting just in a "waterproof form" my friend got it from one of them and although i could tell it did hurt he didn't seem to be that bad. you run as hot of water as you can stand over the spot and it will break down the toxin. and then there ya go.
