Frag auction...

here are some pics of my frags that I won at yesterdays auction....
Some questions for you experienced guys, (and gals).....
1. I bought some zoo frag polyps and green/neon shrooms attached to a small rock. I placed those small rocks onto my larger LR. However, the snails, crabs, hermits, etc,... keep knocking off the smaller rocks. So I found my frags on my sand bed. How do you keep the smaller rocks with frags on the larger LR pieces?
2. Do feather dusters move around on their own?
3. Is there a moonlight kit for a 10Gallon tank? And will they make my frogspawn and hammers different colors? Should they be left on all night?
Thanks for your responses and suggestions. :D

After seeing the rock with the shroom fall twice, I decided to move him to a different spot. I woke up this morning and saw the shroom about 3X its original size. :D I looks like it attached itself to the bigger LR!!! I'm hoping it'll stay.....!

1. use a rubberband to attach the small frag rock to the bigger live rock.
2. i dont think feather dusters move on their own. when you put one in a tank the tube will stick to whatever it is touching after a couple of days.
3. search for moonlights in diy. i remember seeing a setup that was pretty cheap and you can get everything from the home depot, radio shack, or from stuff laying around the house.
hope this helps

Thanks for your info. Do the moonlights make the frogspawn and hammers change color? Should the moonlights be left on at night?
GFK:
I have a hang on back filter. I plan on getting a protein skimmer, but I just can't find one small enough. And personally, I think they make too much noise for my family room.
I've got a 36watt actinic and 36watt PC.
One one side I have a stationary powerhead, and on the other I've got a rotating powerhead. Gives some nice top water agitation.

i had the same problem with small frags getting stolen by a crab for his front door or the current would knock it off. they make some stuff called aquastik.... it's an epoxy based putty that is non-toxic. word of advise. it makes a ton of microbubbles in your tank for about 2 days so if your going to use it, plan ahead and do it all at once that way the bubbles go away sooner. aquastik is great not only for frags but also for rock scaping. as for the mushroom i have been battling a single shroom for 5 weeks trying to get it to plant and he just has a death-wish. i finally got some mesh and wrapped it over it and around the bottom of a small rock...i was told to leave him there for 2 weeks and then see if he is planted.
