Frag tank lighting!

I am in the process of starting up a small frag tank Either 15 or 20gal to start and I have a few questions.
#1 should I plumb the frag tank into my DTs sump so it can share the calcium and maintain more consistent water parameters?(I guess I sorta answered this myself..duh.. adding another 20gal to my total system will help in every way =)
#2 I have a spare 2x65w PC fixture laying around. Would it provide enough light for a frag tank if the racks were placed higher up in the tank? I plan to frag softies/LPS/zoans/shrooms/rics/ and some SPS
#3 Considering the lighting would suffice what combination of bulbs would be best for growth? I was thinking 1 6700k and 1 10,000k/actinic or would 2 10,000k/actinic be better?
If the PC lighting isn't going to be enough, I do have a spare(new) 14,000k 150w MH HQI bulb laying around that I could throw in a pendant with an ice cap ballast.

Thanks for the fast reply Nissan! I think I will in fact go with the MH HQI. I think I might go out tonight and grab a 15gal tonight and get it full of water and cycling

I am going to order the overflow box and hole saw bit tonight . I should have this tank up and running in about a week. I will have to start taking pictures.

depending on the size of your original system, if you plumb it in you might not need to cycle... i'm not sure but if the original system is big enough adding 20g might not hurt anything...

+1 especially if there will be light bio load at first
but if you add uncured rock sand etc.... could have mini cycle or trate spike or somethin. all depends on size of display.
