Frag Tanks?????

Hello everyone. Its been awhile since ive been on here. Ive saved enough money to start my own frag tank now. I have 3 tanks im looking at right now thats already made.
L x W x H
20x20x9.5 - Holds 16.5 gallons
23.75x18x8.25 - Holds 15.25 gallons
24x20x8 - Holds 16.6 gallons
Are these decent size frag tanks or do I need to shoot for something bigger than that? If you think something bigger, please give me a example of a size you would go with. Thanks everyone.

I just hang one 250w 14k phoenix over the middle. More light demanding right under -- softies, leathers anywhere around in the tank.

do you mind posting a pic of your set up for filtration on this frag tank. Im trying to figure out a way to filter my set up when I get it started. I would like to see a pic to get a picture in my head would choices I would have.
