Really could use a little more info on what your looking to grow in the tank before we can help.
Size and shape of tank ect.
What your looking to grow and so on.
Most of us build frag tanks out of spare equip we have handy when we upgrade the DT. If buying outright then I would look more towards purpose building with the exact, or close to exact as possible for the long term desires of the tank.

I have a 20L frag tank and it has a 30" Sundial T5HO fixture on it. This one comes with built-in timers, 1 for each set of bulbs. There are 4x24w bulbs and individually contoured reflectors (practically like individual reflectors), and moonlights. I have 3 tiers of egg crate to put just about anything in it; currently I have 2 colonies of different types of zoanthids (growing these out), 2 types of mushrooms, some monti-cap frags and one big monti-cap, monti-digita, green bali slimer, branching porities, neon green candy canes (started in the frag tank as a single head frag and it's already split one new head and is working on another), and a small bird's nest. All these frags/colonies are doing great. I think this fixture is a great way to manage any kind of coral and it's a great price.... I paid $200 for mine.
So is your tank a 20L or a standard 20?
