i take my large rock os zoas and break a small portion off for you. that small protion would be a frag of the mother colony. or in short a small live peice of another larger coral

no not just one unless your getting ripped or have found a VERY rare zoa
most zoa frags are around 5-10 polyps or bigger

Depends on what it is. If a hard coral - You can use a hack saw, dremil, bypass cutters, sometimes you can just snap it right off. Better to be prescise though and use some type of sharp instrument. Soft ones can just use a sharp knife or razor of some type.
