Fraggin a Fungia question

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I have an old fungia plate that has, well take a look at the pic, TONS of little babys that range from a pin head to bigger than a half dollar. I need to frag some off of the old plate because they are smothering themselves. Please help me figure out how to do this. I have never fragged anything other than matted corals so gimme step by step like for a 5 year old. Thanks for all the help to all who chime in!!!

well, i can't tell you everything but i can tell you something, you "smash" the fungia and it will regrow into discs.... hope it helps (smash as in w/ a hammer" to get it to a size: my guess would be a chisel and a hammer GL
