fraggin Green Fluorescent Mushroom

Picked up some life rock from a fellow reefer in michigan and a few peices have some Green Fluorescent Mushroom on it in a bad spot and would like to frag it off and put it in another tank possibly as the tank its in is a new set up.
also i got some pieces of this coral, forget what its called.
1. whats the name?
2. how do i attach it to something? gel super glue?

On the shroom, take a razor blade, cut it close to the rock, put it in a cup with some rubble inside the tank and let it attach to the rubble. Then you can glue the rubble where you want it.
