Fraggin shrooms

What is the best way to pull these guys off the rocks? I tryed cutting a couple off but pretty much murdered the poor things. Still glued them to see if they would grow, but what is the trick? Have a bunch of reg shrooms and hairy shrooms I need to cut back)

your trying to grow them some were else? cut like a piece of pie and it will grow.

Yea trying to remove them and trade/sell as a frag. lol you can slice em like pie and they will make it huh? So just cut from rock in dt and slice em up?
