fragging a clove polyp

hey all i need some help...i need to frag this rock of clove polyps...anyone got some advice??

put a rock next to it, and the clove will spread to that new rock. i am trimming them all the time bc they spread like crazy.

They grow on a mat similar to alot of other softies.
I have not tried these yet. I have had mine grow on to other rocks and split them by separating the rocks and cutting the mat. But I assume they can be broken up by splitting the rock just like GSP or Zoos or palys.

i figured if i could maybe cut the mat then take a scrw driver and break the rock in half

I wish mine would stop spreading they are showing up all over my tank. But the putting a tock next to them will work well. If healty they will spead quickly. BTW... Only thing I have ever seem that they do not like is high nitrates.

Hammer and chisel is the fastest way

Thats usually the way i do it, no attaching it to anything, already done.
