Fragging Anthelia

hey all, the anthelia I got recently has started to drop its mat onto a bigger rock. I would just like to frag 2 or 3 polyps.
Can I just stick my scissors in my tank and cut some polyps off?
I'm not to sure how to go about cutting it..
I don't know where to cut it.
Thanks

I have never done those, but it seems similar to clove polyps. Just separate the bases.
Cut between the stalks. Does that make sense?

I do them a lot. Do not cut the polyps. The base of anthelia is very dense and fibrous. Just take an exacto, flat

driver or somethong and slide it under the base. Get a little peice to start to peal and the pull with your fingers. Work it with the knife or whatever if you have to. Do not just cut the stalks, peal them off. It is one of the easiest to frag.

I know! thanks.
I fragged them about 2 hours ago, and all I had to do was pry them up! I grabbed them w/ my forceps (lol, that sounds funny) but they just came right off!
I took off three and glued them to a rock.. we'll see how they do!
