How should I frac this piece?? its got a dead spot in the middle??

I would leave it to regrow over the dead spot. you can see by how white the skeleton is that its a newer dead spot. I would figure out whats causing the recession arather than traumatize it more at this point. LPS such as brains dont usually handle fragging very well, if its already weak it may not survive the frag.
