A good size rock is about that price here so I would have to say no .
this rock is about the size of a soft ball and it was only 25$

This rock is about 4 inches long and 3 wide it was 12$

i got this frag from my lfs for 9.99....its nice i think, not super bright or anything, but i like em...brighter colors would be more expensive...and in the second pic, that cost me 15 i think it was, around 10 polyps probably, but like i said, who knows
basically its worth whatever you think it is...if it something you really like, then sure...if not, then no...i dont know

no, i HIGHLY doubt they will let you take any corals and such from costa rica, i went there and tried to bring shells back, and they took them from me.

how was costa rica, we are all very excited about it. we are going for a mission trip. we have been working out tail off for it thou. in the morning we are leaving for kansas to sale cotton candy at a sesamy street (sp?). its going to be hell. last week we went and did concession. 14 hour days, up at 4:30 to get there but its all worth it

Taking thing from the ocean and putting them into your tank is not a good idea. You can introduce all kinds of nasty things to your tank. The corals you buy from the lfs have been thru many holding tanks that help to remove the bad things.
I doo agree with Bronco frags are worth as much as your willing to pay for them.

costa rica is amazing, i went there to visit my gf for spring break, it was so much fun and beautiful, i think you'll have a blast....and as for corals, i really dont know, maybe if you have some permit, someone else might know better...but i would think that if i couldnt take shells from the beach, they're not gonna allow live corals and such.
