You are not the only one...I have never had so many problems with them as I have now they are ATT...We have called numerous times and complained and all we are told is...we just changed names nothing else...well then tell me how come I cant get service in my own driveway when I could when it was cingular...if I want to use the phone I have to walk around the house until I get all the bars...I'm a nurse and use my cell phone at work all the time waiting on the dr's to call me back after I page them with a problem.... I cant deal it cingluar anymore..

I don't know if it just depends on what part of the country you are in but Cingular seems to be the only service that works down here.

They have a wide cover range..My husband is a truck driver and we researched and researched who had the best cover range and it was cingluar so we are stuck or he is without a phone and he needs his phone for a lot of his drop off's. I'm just tired of paying for this service when I can't even use it in my own state. He doesn't have as many problems as I do when hes on the road..

all you guys live out in the middle of no where... tooo bad where i live you can get any provider and get great service... oh well

I live in Dover and we've had Cingular for 6yrs with no real problems.
