as my pair of clowns mature I am noticing that they have brown freckles on them tried to get a picture but cant get them to come close enough and hold still long enough to do that. Is it normal for them to have spots as well as stripes

Sounds like its possible that they are getting stung by some coral or anemone.
What cha got in the tank that can sting?

about 6 types of mushrooms a polyp colony and a flower pot gorgonpia(which they have decided to live in) an encrusting montipora, lots of mini feather dusters most of which live in the rock that the montipora is encrusting thats about it in the way of corals. Had a sebae but niether of them would go near it and it wasnt doing well so I took it back to LFS too much water flow I think but everything else is doing great. all para are fine. fish are active and appear happy. spots arnt growing or multipling just look like a freckle on the fish, only on the clowns and are the exact same color as their stripe
inverts are 2 skunk cleaners 2 peppers 10 zebra crabs 1 brittlestar 2 little white star hitchikers on LR and 2 emeralds and what i think is a newspaper nudibranch another hitchiker on LR have noticed a huge expolsion of cepopods since i redid my rock to open it up but i think I can just see them now

finally got a picture of him today doing feeding it is the smaller one so I am assuming it is the male he has chosen to live in the polyp colony could that be stinging him. he is lively and seems to be happy they dont appear to be raised or broken patches of skin just same color as the black stripe that surrounds the white.
the white spots are just food foating in front that the camera picked up on
