free bluestripe mushroom

about a week ago i got a couple things at my lfs and when i got home i was suprised to find a small coral in with one of the fish. i figured it would die b/c it hadn't attatched itself anywhere and the fish were curiously nipping it, and i don't have good ligting. i finally placed it in a spot where the water wouldn't blow it off (there is still flow here) the rock. i really hadn't paid any attention to it but today it had expanded itself. so i was wondering if anyone has pics of a blue-stripe mushroom or any thing that looks similar(i think this is what it is)?and is there anything i need to do to keep it alive assuming it is this shroom?

If it is a mushrooms they don't need special lighting. I have several and don't have high tech lighting at all and they grow and expand greatly.

No I know those are not the striped ones. I just wanted to show you that mine grow in no special lighting just fine. I will try and get you a pic of my watermelon striped mushroom later on.

Here is my watermelon striped mushroom, it is not a blue striped that you asked for but it may help.

no it actually looks a lot like that just w/ more green i don't know why i posted looking for a blue stripe.......what kind of lighting do u have? I just have flourescent bulbs from the lfs i think they are power-glo and marine-glo bulbs not sure what brand

My bulb is the power-glo 18,000K 20 watt coralife is the brand. I only have room for one bulb in my hood.
Can you post a picture of your mushroom?
