FREE image editor, sizer, converter

I've seen alot of people asking about something like this for changing their pictures and this is the best free one I've found. It is very simple to use and makes it easy for making your avatars for forums as well. Please excuse the lag as I'm hosting the file on my own personal webspace.

There's a very complex one out there called the GIMP, but you will have to read/experiment with it before you get the hang of it. I think it is the very best. It's on my freeware page:
