The Moray Eel is not mine, but I though someone might be looking for one. You have to have a very large set up because he is 4 ft long. Here is the link. I don't know if they will ship or not, so you'll have to ask them your self.

Umm... This add is in CA and the water temp here in CA is around 45 in the winter and 55 in the summer and Moray Eels live in Tropical water.(75F+)

tell your friend to try local zoo or aquarium..or even a local fish store may have room in a display for it
