Free Pencil Urchin in DC, NOVA, MD area

hey all, I have a wonderful pencil urchin that I need to get out of my tank. I live on Andrews AFB, and can meet someone to give him away. please help me out.

Go to base ops and put it on the next flight to MAXWELL AFB, AL and I'll pick it up there. Heck we often used to get the base ops personel in the New England states pick us up a crate of live maine lobsters and throw em on the aircraft headed to our base. Nothing like having an F-16 or such deliver a travel pod full of fresh lobsters.

i have a tank in Alexandria but i am not sure about urchins can you tell me a little bit about them
Are they reef/invert safe?
do they move around?
do they need alot of care and attention with feeds and such?

he isnt that reef safe... he does move all around the tank, day and night, doesnt matter, and he really doesnt take any care, every so often I will spot feed him...
