freezing hands and feet

my top of my feet and the tips of my hands are freezing !! its been like this for like a week now.andy suggestions

I don't know, sounds like a circulation problem.

my feet are almost always cold unless i'm sick...then they seem to get warm...huff and puff on em

Are your lips somewhat blue/discolored? This could support the low circulation theory. I would DEFINITELY see a doctor. If your extremities are lacking blood your body could be automatically diverting blood to your brain because of congestion somewhere or maybe insufficient blood pressure. SEE A DOCTOR!!

I agree on seeing a Dr....definately.Could also be the onset of diabetes.

lol im 13 yrs old. i cut them off . I HATE U SNAILHEAVE!!! now im dying! jk
