fresh water dips

I took the advice of a local saltwater shop owner, and did a fresh water dip on my sick percula. It seemed to have a immediate effect for the better, but 2 or 3 days later he was back to his old sluggish self. How often can I give him fresh water dips??? Sticker.

I'm no expert, but it sounds like he need a hosp. tank and meds. What are his other symptoms? I like the Mardel Lab. products. I've had luck w/them , but figure out what is wrong w/ him.

Why are you treating this fish to begin with? You didn't tell us that and wo that info, its impossible to help you.

The dips are to help buy time to properly treat the fish. You need to be treating the fish for the disease it has as said above.
