I have 2 fresh as well as 2 salts. My fresh are running low on
ph and alkalinity is reef builder for alkalinity o.k and or reef buffer
for ph?

The reef buffer will do nothing for your freshwater pH. It is not designed to raise the pH, only buffer it so that it doesn't swing too much. The reef builder is for raising the KH of the tank. It might help your alk but you really need to get some freshwater supplies first.

Ebson Salt, reef salt, baking soda
1 teaspoon for every 5 gallons of each.
I use this trusty mixture for my calvus tank since they need a ph of at least 8.2 Its much cheaper then purchasing the actual chemical intended for it and you can use your reef salt since you already have a reef tank!
And YES it does raise my ph so you have to measure correctly and test it. I actually only to half the amount of my aquarium, wait 24 hours, test, and see if it needs more.
