No - no air bubbles. Which pic seems to have them? The 10 gal with mexican LR has those whote circular things on the glass - no bubbles. Occasionally my skimmer will throw some in but its working pretty good.
I took the pic out - it was't my 55 anyways..

Thats a rock anenome.. last pic - with striped shrooms.
I can't get my water flow going right though - it seems to elevate the mushrooms - the ones on the right. For now I have that PH off until I can plcae it right. Any ideas?

they're not lifting because I have 2 of my 3 off right now. I'll try what you say - put on ein back of my LR on the bottom - top left or right, and one in the middle...
(rest of family sleeping) - what are we doing up this early ???

nice looking tank how do the damsel and fire fish get along

funny you should ask.. I just tore apart this tank to get a velvet damsel bully out of there. I left the yellow tail in there - he's small. I just picked up a6 line wrasse and the yellow tail is showing who's boss. But the wrasse is holding his own and going right back at him. The damsel leaves the firefish alone though.
Maybe he should have been evac'd too...
