Frog spawn seed's???

I have a FS and today while I was looking at the tank it released a piece of its tenticle. What is it? A seed or is it dieing? Should I be worried or happy?

yes my FS does that when i drop it once. i really didnt much pay attention to it and nothing has happnd. its been months already. i wouldnt worried.
