Frogspawn help...werid bubble

Ok so my frogspawn I have had for about a year (started with 2 heads now got 6) has been doing awesome but now all of a sudden developed some kind of a bubble.

The reson it's retracted right now, is because swoshing some water around to close it up a little so I could get a better pic of the bubble.
Has anyone seen this before? It actually looks to be part of the flesh attached to the skeleton, just inflated with air. Any recommendations? I am trying to find out answers, but seem to be coming up short.
On a side note: There is nothing in close proximity that would sting or even come in contact with it, besides the fish (Yellow Watchman, Scooter Blenny, Firefish, Tailspot Blenny) The closest coral to it is a bubble and it's about 8" or more away, and only the size of a quarter, so pretty small. This one is actually centrally located in my tank, and I have never had an issue with it before.
Thanks all!
