Frogspawn Question

Is this Frogspawn coral dead ? I got it today from CA and it came with 8 heads and 4 of them looked like this in the picture with no tissue and looked like a skeletoral base.
Let me know what you guys think ?

yes the other heads are opening nicely these are on the SB and have not opened.

I'd give it a good 24 hours to open. It may be in shock.

the other heads opened and have some tissue this has nothing but a skeletoral base. with nothing in it at all.

Its theres no tissue, its dead. Put it in and give it a day or two to see if it responds.

nothing i'm pretty sure it's dead.
