frogspawn questions

well my LFS usually has frogspawn (i'm sure they sell good).
and as we all know they all pretty sweet. i was thinking about getting one. the lighting in my 18 gallon is exactly the minumum amount a frogspawn can have according to a guy at the LFS.
my questions are.
1. Are they really hard to keep? i'm still new to corals.
2. will it work in an 18 gallon? i have 2 15 gallon HOB filters.

If you can get the frog spawn up close to the light with a medium flow of water on it I think It will be ok. It may not grow quickly. if you feed some sort of frozen food like mysis try to see that a few peices get to the frog spawn once or twice a week. That is a bit short on light, but if you can get it near the light it should work. Im not certain so someone else may disagree.
I have 135watts pc on my 20g coral tank, most soft corals need alot of light.
