Frogspawn

OK so my frogspawn was doing great.... all my other corals are fine (GSP, leather finger, mushrooms and zoos)
I did a water change and now it's not so happy
it's not nearly as big today
I ran some water tests and my levels are:
0 nitrite, 0 phosphate, 0 ammonia, 8.0 pH, 0 nitrate, KH was 140 ppm
and calcium was 400
my salinity was 1.026 and temp is 86
the only thing I can think of is the fact that my tank is fallow and maybe I'm not feeding the tank enough. Im using zooplex once a week (not enough?)
I also have no idea why the tank temp is so high. It's never risen above 82 before and the heater isn't in the tank (it's with the fish in the hospital tank)
any ideas? I mean it doesn't look horrible but it's not as big as before

Things that jump at me right away are
Low Ph and high temp. You need to get the temp down. Your fish will start showing signs of lack of oxygen really quick.

like i said the tank is fallow meaning no fish. im very lucky for that right now
i have no idea how to get the temp down
i mean i have no reason for it you know?
i will raise the pH little by little
the frogspawn is happier that the lights are on but when the lights are on
I can lower the temp
im stuck
