hey just wanted to know i have a frogspawn that has 8 medium size heads and some smaller ones on the back now thiers a new little head growing on the stem between two of the bigger ones should i leave it alone till it gets bigger or leave it alone totally i can put a pic on if needed.

You don't need to do anything to it. Like a plant the new bud will grow if it can get enough light and food.
