Frozen Cyclopeeze

What is the best way to thaw a piece of the frozen cyclopeeze before I feed my mandarin? Do people use a turkey baster to direct it close to the fish? Or just throw it in on the top of the tank and hope the mandarin can get to it.
I have a 75 gallon reef tank with a large maroon clown, a flame angel, and a large green spotted mandarin. He is a little slow compared to the other fish when it comes to getting his share of food. The clown is very pushy. The mandarin prefers to eat whatever comes right in front of his face, or even better yet, whatever is on the liverock in front of him.
So, first, how to thaw and then how to feed?
Thanks,
Casey

I use a syringe when feeding the tank Cyclop-eeze.
You can always just thaw some out and dump it in, but that stuff will go everywhere in a matter of seconds.....Turkey Baster or syringe would be best.
