I thaw mine in a small amout of RO water. Thawing makes it easier to add supplements like selcon, garlic, zoe, etc..

I rotate between selcon, zoe and Kent Garlic Extreme. All the fish eat with gusto so it's probably not altering the taste of the food.

thank you all for ur responses. this is kinda wierd quesiron but will the fish ever get isk of the tase of the fodd u give them? i feed them prime reef and mysis and i only feed them brine from time to time as a treat due to nutrition.
but will they ever get sick of the foods?

The way I feed my fish frozen food is by floating the frozen cube in a net and after it melts I let a little float out at a time. This way the fish learn to not be afraid of the net. Usually when the fish see that I have the net in the water they swim right up to it. Can make catching fish easier too.

My fish have a "taste" for emerald entree, and they'll only really go after it when it's still frozen cause it'll be all compacted and easier for them to get at.

zoe, vita chem, and selcon are good nutritional supplements.
although i wouldn't use anything with garlic for a supplement. it is usually used for finicky eaters.

i think the nutritional supplements would help with the immune system and garlic will to but is more of taste for the fish. of course i'm not always right, for sure.
