Frozen Vs. Dry foods

Which is better to feed? I have been feeding my damsels frozen brine. Is there anything else they should be fed?
Which foods are more nutrient enriched?

Variety is the key. Not much nutrition in brine and I suggest mysis. You can buy variety packs that have squid, emerald entree, mysis, brine, ...
I use mysis and dose it with zoe, vita-chem, zoecon, selcon, garlic (interchane them). I also use formula 1 & 2, chromomax and flake food. I also use seaweed strips for my tang and blenny. Again, variety is key.

I also use a combination of flakes and frozen types...and I'd agree that mysis may be a better choice than the brine........

I agree with mrdc that "Variety is the key". I also agree that mysis is better than brine..
Flake Food - Mon, Wed, & Fri.(Good for the fish, alot of nutrition)
Cyclo-pezz - Tue and Sat.
Frozen Mysis Plus - Thurs and Sun
I know it may seem a bit too confusing but it is not hard for me to remember at all, and I like my fish to be happy and to have good variety w/good nutrition

Well, I have hours of fun watching my Clown trying to feed Freeze Dried Krill to the LTA.
Until the Krill gets waterlogge the LTA usualy lets go of it and the Clown chases it to the surface again.
Theres my entertainment.
Then, I use FD Bloodworms, Ill usualy soak them in some tank water and mix in a very small dusting of phytoplankton.
I feed Phytoplankton about once a week, and Ill give my LTA a peice of Shrimp once a week.
Flake food usualy once every 2 days.
I found quickly that flake food keep the fish happy, but the Goby wont sift the sand as much if I feed every day. The others pick at the rocks and rearglass for Algee on the off-feeding days.
