Well, I guess I can join the club of having something eating my zoos, I have noticed a steady decline in a colony of small brown ones and my yellow polyps as well. Been doing some research and am fairly certain none of my livestock is the culprit, so I guess it has to be some sort of hitchhiker that eats both kinds.
I have been checking the tank at night for weeks and so far have not seen anything attacking them. So far my xenia, gsp and big brown polyps have been unaffected and I am hoping whatever it is is target feeding and won't move on to other things. Pretty frustrating and since it is a rainy day and I don't have much going on, I will do some frags and transfer them to a quiet spot in my other nano tank in an effort to save my investment. Kind of takes the fun out of the hobby when all of the sudden you end up with a tank that is unsafe for coral because of something you can't find and that is the whole reason you set up the tank. Any advise would be great.
