FS: 75g Oceanic Custom RR Setup

I have a 75g Oceanic Reef-Ready aquarium with custom hood, stand & 17.5g acrylic sump. Hood has 2- 250w metal halides and 2- 110w VHOs + center-mounted moonlight bulb. Hood utilizes IceCap balasts (3) and IceCap cooling fans (2). Aquarium is also drilled for closed-loop. Includes matching cabinet. None of this has ever been used. A friend and I build it all about 2 years ago and I just never got around to setting it up. It's never seen a drop of water.

Also have a Dual Home Reef RO/DI System from airwaterice.com that's seen less than a gallon of water flow thru it.
I will sell all together, or part out as follows. All prices are OBO:

Hi i was wondering if you would want to sell just the lights or the just lights with the hood and if so how much you would want for them.

I don't want to sell the hood & lighting separate from the stand, at least not at this time.
The RO/DI is a Dual Home Reef model from airwaterice.com. It's the 75 GPD model. I don't want to ship it at this time since it includes the storage tank.

No shippy on the sump either, sorry. It's acrylic, btw.
