I scored a colony of Organism (60 polyps) and would like to frag some off to recoup some of my investment.......
Looking at $10/polyp and will ship USPS Priority for $12.40 and Express for $30.40

Are all 3 of those pics of your actual frags? Do you have any other zoas/palys FS to help make the shipping worth it? Are you offering a guarantee with Priority?

How often do they actually deliver on time? I have heard of so many people not getting their orders on time from them.

I for one, have never had any issues with them.....but I HAVE heard horror stories.
I know that if it is guaranteed, I can get the shipping costs back, if not delivered on time.

I have shipped much with USPS and not had any problems except one when it went to a like named street in the same town. Carriers fault. I have quit using UPS because of the DOAs with them. Since I stopped shipping UPS and started USPS, no problems. USPS is the only carrier to force an on time delivery, that is because they refund any that are late.
