Fuge setup question

Hey guys,
I just got a ten gallon tank that i would love to make into a fuge. My questions are how would i set it up. I have an Empoerer 400 filter on a 20 gallon tank. I would really like the fuge to be under the tank if at all possible. Also i would like to have pods get into the main tank and get a pod eating fish such as a mandarin goby (not sure if i can get him in my tank yet, but i am going to research it.) What size of pump would i need for this to happen.
thanks for any responses all.

Theres little chance that a mandarin will survive for long in a 20 gallon. I doubt that a 10 gallon refugium could sustain a pod population to support the little guy.
For pumps though, I'd look at a Mag 3 or 5 depending on how its finally set up.

A yellow watchman goby is one of my favorite fish. They're pretty awesome in a small tank. So are citron clown gobies.

I had three which ate brine shrimp plus, san francisco bay brine shrimp, formula 1 and 2, and cyclopeeze. I'm not sure how many citron gobies you can have in a small tank though. A few times mine would chase eachother around.

I have a citron yellow clown goby and he loves to perch on corals to corals and it's wonderful to watch. It's definitely a good fish to have for a small aquarium. Mine eats anything I put it, pellets, flakes, bloodworms, brine shrimps, but it took me over 3 weeks for have him eat for the first time and now he's a fat little guy.
